Honoring Our Ancestors with Family Constellations

El Dia de Los Muertos is a joyful 2-day holiday where families remember and celebrate their loved ones who have passed on. The origin of this festival is in Mexico, but it is now spreading to other communities in other parts of the world. Since this beautiful celebration honors the ancestors on November 1-2 every year, this week felt like the perfect time to offer another online Family Constellations Workshop.

We will open our sacred time together with a group exercise acknowledging and thanking our ancestors. Participants are encouraged to bring a photo of their parents, grandparents, or other ancestors. If you don’t have a photo, you can bring some other small object that will help you feel connected to them. Also, if it is safe to light a candle in your space, we will light candles together as part of the ceremony.

After this powerful opening, I will facilitate as many constellations as possible in the time remaining. You will be amazed to discover how much more alike we are than different while releasing troublesome inherited family patterns that have been repeating for generations. This one-of-a-kind experience is both healing and enlightening. I hope you will join us for what will probably be my last online workshop in 2023.
